Vipingo Ridge is located in an exceptionally beautiful corner of the world. We are constantly looking for ways to reduce and minimize environmental impact at all stages of development. Our intentions are to harness wind, solar and water power wherever possible to the financial and environmental benefits of residents as well as local inhabitants.

Maintaining the pristine courses at all times is a precise science and we are working to find ways to make the most of rainfall and natural fertilizers to ensure the maintainance is done in the most environmentally friendly way possible. A huge emphasis is being placed upon water conservation, recycling and harvesting.

We are fully aware of our Corporate and Social Responsibilities and have already initiated and support a number of community projects in the area for the benefit of local inhabitants and their communities. We aim to work harmoniously with the surrounding population and have an active policy of local recruitment wherever possible.
