Currently, there are two exclusive property phases of development at Vipingo Ridge, each centering around one of the two 18-hole par 72 championship golf courses and meticulously planned out to compliment the aesthetic of the Vipingo Ridge vision.

Phase 1 where the existing golf course, The Baobab Course, is situated, offers undeveloped properties in one acre, two acre and footprint parcels.
