The Luxury Golf Villas at Vipingo Ridge Phase 2 have a commanding hillside location with spectacular panoramic sea views.

Sitting just below the 1st tee of The Baobab Golf Course and within walking distance from the Clubhouse, the Luxury Golf Villas are set right in the heart of Vipingo Ridges’ extensive development.

The first cluster of 42 villas, are strategically positioned over three terraces, with an eight meter drop in elevation between each terrace allowing uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean to each villa on all three levels.

The off-plan Luxury Golf Villas in Phase 2 were launched in December 2008 and the overwhelming response received resulted in selling out all the released villas on the first terrace, Level A.

The fully furnished villas come in 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms whose interiors are spacious and light and will naturally be cooled by the ridge-top breezes.

Currently available for purchase are villas on Level B with the exception of villas B13, B14 and B17 that are sold.

Vipingo Ridge plans to commence construction on the remaining 37 villas on Level B and Level C, in the second quarter of 2011 and completion is scheduled 20 months thereafter.
