We’re excited to welcome you to join the Tombstone Competition on the PGA Baobab Course on Friday 26th December.
This open to all with those without a handicap able to play too. It’s a fun format competition in fours, where you play until you have run out of shots, with added excitement - more shots.
This fun tournament where the last person playing once their strokes have run out is the winner. Along the way you drop your ‘tombstone’ to mark where you got to on the course when your strokes are used up.
As well as these unusual rules, this is full of drinks and fun for all abilities. If you don’t have a Handicap the Proshop team will assign you one to allow you to join the strokeplay competition, the course is 72 strokes, so handicap score gives you the number of strokes on top of this.
The 18-hole event is from 12:00PM onwards and is open to members and non members keen to join us.

There is a ‘bring you own’ contribution, with every player asked to contribute some drinks to the mobile bars (buggies and on the course), and we will be sponsored by Don Julio tequila for some added fun on the course.
We also have some support on the food, with a kind member sponsor, so we will be serving a whole Mbuzi (goat) on the grill as well as a Slider station (with different burger options on the grill), priced for only KES 1,500/- per person.
