Zumba Class
Every Tuesday + Friday we have an hour long Zumba Class at the Sundowner. Great fun starting at 8:00AM. Residents + resort guests only.

Ladies Golf Mix in
Every Wednesday at 8:00AM Ladies of the Vipingo Ridge Golf Club welcome members and guests to join a morning round on the PGA Baobab Course.

Boules and Tennis
Join our Social Clubs on a Wednesday and Saturday at 4:00PM at the Courts for friendly group games. Residents and resort guests only.

Pizza Night
Wednesday night is Pizza Night. Our community gathers, themed events and wood fired pizzas. From 6:00PM for Residents + resort guests only.

Club Night
Join us for 9 holes, and a themed dinner at the Clubhouse (for golfers and non-golfers) every Friday. Contact our Proshop to play. Open to non-members.

For guests choosing to have an unforgettable holiday experience with us, we have plenty to keep you, your guests and family entertained.We are also a venue for hosting a number of different functions. So whether golfing, attending a conference or private parties, the Ridge is often buzzing with all those enjoying our wildly beautiful 2,500 acres.

We have a half day and a second half day meeting event in our Board Room. Airconditioned and seating 14 delegates.

Trail Run at Vipingo Ridge
New Trail Run event at Vipingo Ridge. Sign up to run either 5km, 10km or 21km across vibrant landscapes. Spectators welcome, with food available during the race and pizzas afterwards.
Madaraka Pool Party
For members and villa guests to join us at the Pool Gardens next to the Sundowner bar for an afternoon pool party. Nyama Choma, BBQ and drinks specials by the pool as we recognise Madraka Day.

Save the date. The sixth round of the MotoX season will take place at Vipingo Ridge.

Vipingo Ridge PGA Baobab Course hosts the second event of the US Kids Mombasa Local Golf Tour.

We are delighted to welcome back the Nomadic Tour team, hosting a Saturday tournament on the PGA Baobab Course.
Loop Cycling Series

We have a multiday international conference accessing our state of the art business centre facilities and staying with Vipingo Ridge.
Senior Golfers Society of Kenya Competition
Available to members and Seniors. We hope for around 100 players to join us as part of the coast tour.
Muema Challenge Golf - Vipingo Edition
We’re open for competitors to join this epic showdown as this Naivasha event comes to the coast for the second time.

In December we have an international MotoX event coming to Vipingo Ridge’s track.
Vipingo Ridge Ryder Cup
The Vipingo Ridge Ryder Cup. A 3-day competition, Kenyans v The Rest of the World. After the Rest of the World won in 2023 the Kenyans will be coming back strong.

Private Event at the Sundowner
Our Sundowner venue is booked for a Private Function. This is an authentic comfortable space for a group of 50 guests for a private lunch event. We are closed for other bookings and will be offering takeaway pizza only.
Anzac Day Dawn Service
On Thursday 25th April the Clubhouse Rooftop dawn event. There will be a 30 minute service with tea and coffee available. Members and inhouse guests only.
Kilifi Uganda Open
Entries are now closed. All player places are filled for the Kilifi Uganda Open. We are still open for spectator places (for the lunch) for Kiliifi (the home team) and Uganda (the visitors).
Uganda Festival comes to Vipingo Ridge
We have a sell out crowd. We have no more tickets available. Vipingo Ridge is delighted to be a part of the 2024 Uganda Festival. Our Sundowner venue will host a special Uganda Cultural Performance.
Private Conference
We have a half day event in our Sheriani Meeting room, an Annual General Meeting for a coastal partner followed by lunch in our conference veranda and gardens.
Movie Night

BBC Screening: Stories of Hope from the Kenyan Coast
Join us for a special evening for a screening of recent BBC short films and meet some of the heroes of Kenyan coastal conservation. There will be a Q&A and opportunities to learn more about this crucial part of our community and future.
Children’s Boules Competition
Our Boules team have an Easter weekend Boules event for children. Competition in age groups: 4-7, 8-12, 13-17 years old (depending on entries). Grab a pizza and come and support!
The Frosty 6x3
This Easter Monday join us for a fun new competition. Play 6 different competitions as we split the PGA Baobab course into 3 hole rounds.
Easter Sunday at the Clubhouse
Our chefs present a special 3-course menu on Sunday 31st March. Available from 6:00PM - 9:00PM in our Clubhouse. Includes options for each course including paneer skewers, steak bernaise and creme brulee.
Easter Sunday Funday at the Beach Club

Our Hub connects to our Conference centre and supporting spaces. We also have our iconic Clubhouse with Rooftop. The Beach Club and private Beach Terrace. Finally our Sundowner is a covered entertaining space overlooking a pool.
We also have 2500 acres with selected interesting entertaining spaces and stunning views, giving our guests varied vistas to explore or be entertained at.
