Food and Beverage Cost Controller
We seeking a detail orientated F&B Cost Controller to join our hospitality team. This key role will focus on monitoring inventory levels, analysing cost variances, implementing cost saving initiatives and optimising profitability while maintaining high quality food and beverage standards..
What you’ll need:
• 3+ years experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to interpret data and idenitfy cost variances.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems, financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical, cash handling and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and integrity in reporting and calculations.

• 3+ years experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Professional certification in finance (CPPA, ACCA, KATC).
• Proficiency in POS systems and MS Excel.
• Strong numerical, cash handling and customer service skills.
• High integrity and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality/Business
• Proven experience in reservations or customer service.
