• Access to the Pool Gardens and main pool (including towels and changing rooms)

• Access to the Vipingo Ridge Beach Club

  Access to the Sports Club

• Access to the Boules Court

• Access to the Playground and to enroll in Kids Clubs (available for a small fee)

• Access to the Vipingo Ridge Fuel Station

• Beach Club activities are available at a fee

• Padel Court hire is reduced for Subscribers but still has a small fee

• Hosted activities available: Guided Walks or Hikes, Cycling or pony trekking. Social Subscribers must be accompanied and guided by a member of the Vipingo Ridge team for excursions around Vipingo Ridge.

• Golf is not included but Green Fees apply should you wish to play 9-holes or 18-holes on the PGA Baobab Course.

There are three types of Social Subscribers: Individual, Couple or Family Subscriptions:

1. Individual Subscription: $1500 per year

2. Couple Subscription: $ per year

3. Family Subscription: $ per year

• You may invite guests to Vipingo Ridge as a Social Subscriber, but with a maximum of 5 visits per guest per calendar year

• You must accompany your guests and sign them into Vipingo Ridge at the Main Gate

• Your guest is the responsibility of you as the Subscriber, including any bills

• Your guest can join you and access the Clubhouse, Clubhouse Rooftop, Beach Club, Sundowner, Pool Gardens, Sports Club, Boules and Kids Playground.

• Fees for the Padel Court and Beach Club activities apply to your guest.

• Your Social Subscription is non-transferable

• Any abuse or misuse of the Subscripton will result in suspension and a review by the Club Committee

• No Social Subscriber pets permitted

• Under 10s are free of charge but must be accompanied by an adult. Under 18s must be accompanied and subject to fees for activities

• Access rules for numbers of guests may apply in Peak Seasons or for events, subject to Management guidance

• Vipingo Ridge rules apply at all times regarding personal behaviour, speed limits and respect for fellow Subscribers, Members and Wildlife

• When golfing (paying a Green Fee), Subscribers must take a Caddy (additional fee)
