Beach Holiday Highlights: Fun Easter Weekend

From a programme of activities for the kids, to special fine dining menus, our Easter at Vipingo Ridge was filled with wonderful community moments. We hosted a special concert, held a Duathlon and an Easter Golf Competition.

We also continued our regular activities, our routine of Yoga, Zumba, Beginners Golf, Ranger E-bike tours, our social clubs and events including Wednesday Pizza nights, Friday Clubnite and Saturday Sunset Socials.

Epic Full Moon Party

Our spot on the Indian Ocean is perfect for watching the Full Moon rise.

In the School Holidays the bonfire, BBQ and stunning sky made for a great night out. Over 130 guests joined us for a fun evening with the beats from DJ Joseph and a fantastic atmosphere.

Ceder Sports Academy Duathlon

Saturday over the Easter weekend was a busy day. We had an early start with over 40 competitors participating on our fun Duathlon. The Run - Bike - Run format gave participants across the elite men and women, juniors, veterans and teams a chance to challenge themselves in the beauty of our trails.

Easter Alliance Golf Competition

Also on Saturday 19th April, we hosted a fun team competition at the PGA Baobab Course. Read more about the event and winners in the article linked below.

GOLF EVENTS IN APRIL

Family Cricket

On Easter Sunday morning we welcomed players and spectators to the Driving Range at the PGA Academy for a fun family cricket match. Two teams and two hours of play, a great morning was had by all.

Easter Egg Hunt

The children’s Easter Egg Hunt was a fun family game and for the first time it was held at our Sports Club. We had a over 20 children join us for an interactive clue-based hunt with sweets and eggs as prizes.

This August holiday Vipingo Ridge’s PGA Professional David Marsh is leading a Junior Golf Camp in Kilifi. The camp concludes with the option to play in a Junior Coast Golf Competition with 50 players.
