March was a fun month once again on the PGA Baobab Course as we welcomed some much needed rain and welcomed back the Seniors.

As the venue for the breakfast briefing and the upcoming Annual Environmental Media Dialogue, Vipingo Ridge is proud to collaborate with our community partners to engage the media in Kenya Coast conservation.

From Clubnites, to the monthly Mug and Medal, love was in the air at Vipingo Ridge this February as we had a special Valentine’s Golf Competition.

December had 14 golf events for Members and Guests to enjoy the PGA Baobab Course, with a variety of formats.

Over 70 competitors joined us for our popular Sprint Triathlon based at the Vipingo Ridge Beach Club.

The Vipingo Ridge Beach Club was the venue for the launch of the new partnership Canon x Ocean’s Alive and their project: World Unseen 2.0. The photographic exhibition is now available to view at the Beach Club.

October was busy with a great mid-month Mazingira competition and the Kilifi Uganda Open, on top of our usual weekly schedule of golf events. Take a look.

The 4th Uganda-Kenya Coast Conference in Kilifi was a great success with over 500 tourism stakeholders from coming together to engage in important topics and networking.

The Kilifi Uganda Open is a highlight of the East Africa circuit as amateurs from Kenya and Uganda come together in a friendly golf rivalry. This year the youth amplification added to a great event.

With absa, Mombasa Cement, ICEA Lion and even Khushi Motors offering a car - the sponsors for the Kilifi Uganda Open are set to make this event the best yet.

In September we enjoyed the new rhythm of Wednesday Clubnites and Friday Roll ups, and welcomed both the Seniors Golf Society of Kenya and the US Kids Coast tour to Vipingo Ridge.

International Housekeeping Week celebrates the unsung heroes of hospitality, and this year at Vipingo Ridge we focussed on new experiences, product knowledge and wellness with the team.
