Institution of Surveyors Kenya explore Vipingo Ridge Case Study
Vipingo Ridge welcomed a delegation of 30 esteemed land and property professionals from across the African continent on Tuesday, October 29th, for an exclusive site inspection and presentation focused on Real Estate and Development.
The delegation comprised agents, property developers, and land surveyors attending the 10th Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK) Africa Regional Conference and the 4th FIG Young Surveyors Africa Meeting held in collaboration with the Commonwealth Association of Surveying and Land Economy (CASLE).
The half-day event provided the influential group with an in-depth look at Vipingo Ridge, Africa’s leading residential and golf destination, showcasing its success as an amazing case study in integrated, high-value coastal development and robust master-planning. We welcome stakeholders from Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda and South Africa to experience the case study that is Vipingo Ridge.

A Case Study in the Field
